Online Label Printing Service - Terms and Conditions
Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") carefully before using our online label printing service ("Service"). This Agreement sets forth the legally binding terms and conditions for your use of the Service provided by, Order Barcodes, Inc, ("we," "us," or "our").
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree with any part of the Agreement, you may not use the Service.
Service Description
Our Service enables users to select standard barcode formats, enter data, and place orders online. We offer various label types, materials, sizes, and customization options to meet specific label requirements.
Ordering and Payments:
- To place an order, you must provide accurate and complete information about your label requirements. You are solely responsible for selecting the correct barcode format, label size, label material as well as entering valid data.
- Upon Request we provide a press-ready proof to confirm label is approved for printing. It is your responsibility to review and approve the proof. Orders may not be canceled or changed after proof approval.
- Payment: You agree to pay the total amount specified during the ordering process. All payments are processed securely through our designated payment processor.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
- Trademarks: You represent and warrant that you have the necessary rights and permissions to use any trademarks, logos, or copyrighted material included in your designs. We reserve the right to refuse any order that violates intellectual property rights or contains inappropriate content.
Shipping and Delivery
- Shipping: We strive to process and ship orders promptly, but we do not guarantee specific delivery dates. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are provided during the ordering process.
- Address Accuracy: You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for any delays or additional costs arising from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- Risk of Loss: The risk of loss for ordered labels passes to you upon shipment. We are not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen packages after they have been shipped.
Returns and Refunds
- Quality Issues: If you receive labels with defects or errors caused by us, we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly. Please contact our customer support within [number of days] of receiving your order.
- Customer Error: We are not responsible for errors or defects resulting from your design or content. Please review your designs carefully before submitting them for printing, as we do not offer refunds or replacements for customer errors.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service or labels ordered through it.
Modification of Terms
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of the Service after the modifications will constitute your acceptance of the revised terms.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if we believe that you have violated the terms of this Agreement.
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be filed in the courts of Illinois.
